We Do Care About Your Health
1. Hands Disinfection
All trucks have antibacterial soap and a gallon of water so our technicians can wash their hands before entering a home and after every call.
2. Cleanliness of stored parts
When store stocks are replenished, they will also carry hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes.
3. CDC Guidelines followed
Tools and trucks will be cleaned daily. Our staff has been following the latest guidelines from the CDC for employees in the office and the field.
- Wash hands often
- Avoid close contact, stay 6' apart
- Cover coughs and sneezes
4. Signature Requirement Waived
We have waived the requirement for a home owner to sign anything for their acceptance of work done. A simple verbal OK will now be taken as acceptance.
5. Special Requests at booking time
We ask that you let us know at the time you book your call if you have any special needs or request and we will try our best to accommodate you.
6. Limited time spent indoors
It may be required that we enter your home to fix an issue. We will do everything possible to limit the amount of time we spend in your home.
